Community Work Day at the Houston Arboretum on December 6th

Weekend trips may be over, but don’t worry — there are still opportunities to get outdoors and connect with our students, all while giving back to the community.

The Community Volunteer Day is a chance for our students to work with our volunteers and with Houston professionals like you, teaming up to do environmental service projects to beautify and support the Houston Arboretum grounds. We hope you can join us as we continue to introduce our students to conservation principles, leadership development opportunities, and the nature preserves and park systems in and around Houston.

When: Saturday, December 6th
Where: Houston Arboretum & Nature Center
4501 Woodway, Houston, TX

Registration and breakfast will begin at 9am on Saturday, December 6th. Whole Foods is graciously donating breakfast and lunch. If you didn’t get a chance to join us for a weekend trip, then register today to meet our students and play an important role in their lives.

We hope to see you there! Please contact Jessi Manley if you have any questions.
