Walk for The Woods Project volunteers

The Woods Project is hosting our 10th annual Walk for The Woods Project event, presented by ENGIE, on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at BakerRipley- Ripley House. The Walk is our largest fundraiser of the year and will help us provide life-changing leadership development opportunities to even more Houston high school students from low-income communities. Over 180 students are expected to participate in our 2-week wilderness immersion program in summer 2022! This event would not be possible without the help of our wonderful volunteers. Many volunteer roles are available. Grab your friends, family, and social groups to volunteer with us to help create another successful Walk for The Woods Project. Volunteers are needed on Friday, November 12th, noon – 5pm for setup and prep activities and Saturday, November 13th, 6am – 2pm to help manage event day activities.
