Tent Inventory & Set up

Help us get ready for summer by getting our tents ready prior to sending them out on our summer trips! This involves setting them up, checking for damage, identifying any missing parts, and then breaking them back down and packing them up. It’s a simple task that goes quickly with 15 to 20 people. If time allows we will do some simple repairs involving gear tape.

We will meet at Bayland Park at 9:45am in order to begin at 10am. Please dress comfortably, and bring a refillable water bottle. We will have breakfast, cold drinks, and snacks.
