Summer Leader Training
Required for ALL summer volunteer leaders.
The Woods Project summer leader training spans 2 days and will be held at our offices in the American Red Cross building (2700 Southwest Freeway, Houston, TX, 77098). The training covers important information on procedures, policies, and programming through the incorporation of presentation, discussion, scenarios, and hands-on gear handling.
Summer leaders are required to attend 1 of the 2 sessions.
Leader training #1 – Saturday, April 22 – Sunday, April 23
Leader training #2 – Saturday, May 20 – Sunday, May 21
