Parent Meetings: Volunteers Needed
April 22 @ 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

It’s summer at The Woods Project!
To kick off our summer trips we host informational meetings for students and parents so they can see what our summer program entails. We would love a handful of volunteers that can help with check in and if possible translation. We have students from different schools and organizations show up to each meeting. We will have a few parents that speak primarily Spanish, French, or Vietnamese. Having a volunteer that can help translate our responses and help parents ask their question would be fantastic! Of course, if you don’t speak a second language no worries! Your help checking students in and guiding them to the meeting room is would be incredibly helpful!
The meeting itself starts at 6:30 p.m. We ask that you show up at 5:30 to help set up the check-in table and possibly the room. This year we are meeting at the front building, (the main building) of the American Red Cross.
