SUMMARY:Parent Meetings: Impact100 Volunteers
DESCRIPTION:It’s summer at The Woods Project!\nTo kick off our summer trips we host informational meetings for students and parents so they can see what our summer program entails. We would love a handful of volunteers that can help with check in and if possible translation. We have students from different schools and organizations show up to each meeting.  We will have a few parents that speak primarily Spanish\, French\, or Vietnamese. Having a volunteer that can help translate our responses and help parents ask their question would be fantastic! Of course\, if you don’t speak a second language no worries! Your help checking students in and guiding them to the meeting room would be incredibly helpful! \nThe meeting itself starts at 6:30 p.m. We ask that you show up at 5:30 to help set up the check-in table and possibly the room. \nImpact100 Volunteers only \nThursday\, April 16: Register here. \nNOTE: If this is your first time volunteering this year or it’s been a while\, please take a few minutes to complete our Event Volunteer Registration Form.
